Eligibility: To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enter. BFT employees, sponsors, vendors, agents and their immediate family members are not eligible.


Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at midnight on July 14, 2024 and ends on August 16, 2024
at 11:59 p.m. All winners will be selected and announced by August 31, 2024.

How to Enter: During the survey period, go to https://movingtransitforward.mysocialpinpoint.com/... and complete the survey. Upon submission of your registration form you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.


Drawings: BFT will randomly select the potential winners from all eligible Sweepstakes entries. Three (3) winners will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the campaign. BFT staff will notify the potential winners of their prize via the email address provided to BFT by the Sweepstakes participants. A maximum of two attempts will be made to contact the winners using the contact information provided. If the designated winner does not claim the prize within three (3) days of the date of the last attempt of contact, that winner shall forfeit receipt of the prize.


Prizes: Limit of one prize per participant. Winner will receive one (1) gift card for four (4) cupcakes from Frost Me Sweet, valued at $20. Prizes are distributed at BFT’s discretion and can be substituted at any time.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, may not be substituted, and have no cash value.
Exchanges or replacements will not be made if a prize is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Release: By accepting a Sweepstakes prize, participants agree to hold BFT, sponsors, directors, officers, employees and agents (Released Parties) harmless against any and all claims or liability arising out of their participation in the promotion, redemption, or use of any prizes awarded. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of BFT.


General Conditions: BFT reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond BFT reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by BFT in its sole discretion. BFT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry processor the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or any terms or conditions of the promotion or behaving in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes maybe in violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, BFT reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. BFT’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. If the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, BFT, in its sole discretion, will elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance within ninety (90) days for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, OCTA reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Rights: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to have their submitted name displayed on the BFT website and used by BFT for any purpose, at any time, without any fee or other form of compensation. BFT reserves the right to disqualify users, without notice, and for any reason.
